By downloading, installing, or using SolMiner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SolMiner is a mobile clicker game where users:
- Tap to collect virtual "SOL Shards" (in-game points)
- Purchase virtual upgrades using in-game points
- Compete on a global leaderboard
- Connect Solana wallets for leaderboard authentication
Important: SOL Shards are virtual game points with no monetary value. They are NOT cryptocurrency, tokens, or real assets.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Wallet Connection
- You may connect a Solana wallet to participate in the leaderboard
- Wallet connection is optional for basic gameplay
- We use wallet signatures for authentication only
- We never access, request, or store private keys
3.2 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet
- You are responsible for all activities under your connected wallet
- Report unauthorized access immediately
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation, or hacks
- Manipulate game mechanics or leaderboards
- Impersonate other users or entities
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App for illegal purposes
5. Virtual Items
5.1 No Real Value
- SOL Shards and upgrades are virtual items
- Virtual items have no cash value
- Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real currency
- Virtual items cannot be transferred between accounts
5.2 No Purchases
- The App does not currently support in-app purchases
- All game progress is earned through gameplay
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
- The App and all content are owned by SolMiner Games
- This includes graphics, code, text, and game mechanics
6.2 Limited License
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App
- This license is for personal, non-commercial use only
7. Disclaimers
7.1 No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7.2 Not Financial Advice
- The App is for entertainment only
- Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice
- We are not affiliated with Solana or Solana Foundation
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD
- We are not responsible for wallet security or cryptocurrency losses
9. Modifications
9.1 To the App
- We may modify or discontinue the App at any time
- We may reset game progress or leaderboards
- We will attempt to notify users of significant changes
9.2 To These Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
10. Termination
- We may terminate your access for Terms violations
- You may stop using the App at any time
- Upon termination, your license to use the App ends
